[Devel-en] Restricted /cinelerra-cv

As it can be seen cinelerra-cv is no longer maintained upstream they merged into gg (good-guy),
I have cinelerra-cg in rosalinuxro :https://abf.io/rosalinuxro/cinelerra-gg (https://link.getmailspring.com/link/58BFFD1C-7819-4150-BB2D-7360B6BA304F@getmailspring.com/0?redirect=https%3A%2F%2Fabf.io%2Frosalinuxro%2Fcinelerra-gg&recipient=ZGV2ZWwtZW5AbGlzdHMucm9zYWxpbnV4LnJ1)
since 6 Aug 2017, 11:52, the only problem with gg is that don't support arm instructions, yet....
Now we can keep cv version witch no longer exist,
or I can push in restricted the gg version that is very well maintained ,
( releases are on monthly basis also appimage is provided upstream since 05/2021).
Please let me know your decision.
