[Devel-en] Restricted/cinelerra-cv

Hi folks
As it can be seen cinelerra-cv is no longer maintained upstream they merged into gg (good-guy),

since 6 Aug 2017, ,
the only problem with gg is that don't support arm instructions, yet....
Now we can keep cv version witch no longer exist, or I can push in restricted the gg version that is very well maintained
( releases are on monthly basis also appimage is provided upstream since 05/2021)
Please let me know your decision.
