[Devel-en] Minimizing i686

Hello everyone!

i686 is becoming more and more difficult in maintaining, especially when building packages like rust.

We have made a list of 4573 projects (SRPMS, packages), that must exist in main of rosa13 (rosa2023.1) to make it possible to build wine and mesa and thair build dependencies, build deps of build deps etc.: https://clbin.com/4vIkp

Right now we have switched off building on i686 by default on ABF.

I will remove everything from i686/main, except those packages and run a mass build. If all build dependencies are satisfied, then that list of packages is correct.

Please do not build anything on i686 today.

I hope that we will be able to stop maintaining different crap on i686, which is not used by anybody, but takes a lot of time and efforts to build.
