We do have QA and QA did check mpv: https://bugzilla.rosalinux.ru/show_bug.cgi?id=13392

Plase don't panic.

lib64mpv1 from the official repo does not depend from musjs:

$  rpm -qR lib64mpv1 | grep js
empty

$ dnf rq --requires https://abf-downloads.rosalinux.ru/rosa2021.1/container/4454615/x86_64/main/release/lib64mpv1-0.34.1-11-rosa2021.1.x86_64.rpm -q | grep libmujs
also empty

0.34.1-69.2 is not an official package, maybe you built it yourself?
