[Devel-en] sudo update

Hi all

We have resetted Symbianflo's password, he was able to log into bugzilla.

Sudo has been updated, thanks.

We do not do testing for rosa2023.1 yet, it will be done after releasing the first distro based on rosa2023.1. Right now abf automatically suggests to publish builds for rosa2023.1, after the release it will suggest to not publish automatically.
