There is a button to launch the installer on the desktop, the first is screen in choosing the language.

You can append kernel command line int he bootloader: https://www.freedesktop.org/software/systemd/man/locale.conf.html

locale.LANG=it , for example

Any ideas how to better implement language choosing? Maybe in Grub menu?
