<pre>При установке дистрибутива предлагается согласиться с лицензией, текст этой
лицензии отображается с HTML-тэгами вместо форматирования. Будет хорошо
отображать его без тэгов, простым или форматированным текстом.
Кстати, здесь (ROSA_2021.1_XFCE_x86_64_8.iso) на скриншоте всё нормально:
