I can confirm that the upstream devs messed up their RPATH handling... See
https://github.com/audacity/audacity/issues/1008 and
https://github.com/audacity/audacity/issues/2165.
And our rpath processing breaks what remains...

This fixed packages work for me locally...

The build for aarch fails because it lacks the libmad package.
