Advisory: some apps do not work with geoclue and both version of libhandy
(lib64handy0_0.0_0 and lib64handy1_0) at the same time.
We use lib64handy0-gir0.0 for previous version of gnome-tweak-tool.
Now we may use lib64handy-gir1 for gnome-tweak-tool.
So we can drop deprecated library libhandy0 from repository.
